Refunds are only made if you receive a defective product. In any other case a change is made with another product or number.
E-poli.gr is entitled not to accept the return of the product in case there is damage or you are not accompanied by the purchase receipt.
A product that has a proven and obvious manufacturing error is also considered defective. Products that are damaged due to use and wear are not considered defective. The customer is also obliged to follow the washing instructions written on the inner label of the clothes. If the washing rules are not followed, e-poli.gr does not bear any responsibility
Note of course that E-poli.gr, in case of disagreement about the defect, has the right to return the products to the manufacturer for inspection, to clarify whether the defect is manufacturing or not. This of course requires some time up to 15-20 working days. Nevertheless, E-poli.gr will try to serve and inform the customer about the progress of the process as soon as possible.
What is the change process?
You can return any product to us, as long as it is in its original condition in its original packaging and the original proof of purchase is included in the package. Returned swimsuits and underwear must have sanitary pads.
Returns are made within 14 working days from the day you received them.
The parcel is sent exclusively by ELTA courier or General Post with our charge for Greece. The transfer costs of the change are 5 € and you are charged upon receipt of the new parcel.
Change to another number or product
In case the number or product you have ordered does not satisfy you, send us an email with your details and the change you wish to make.
Then you send the product you do not want to us by ELTA courier or General Post and we as soon as we receive it and if there is availability in the new product you want, we send you the new order.
In case you do not find something that satisfies you, we can credit you with the amount of money and use it in your new purchase. Credit is available for 30 calendar days.
Which courier company can I send the change to?
Returns within Greece are sent exclusively by ELTA courier or General Post with our charge. In case you choose another company we have no responsibility for the receipt of the parcel and the shipping costs.
Returns for Cyprus have costs of € 10 which are charged to the customer. The shipment must be made with the same courier company that received your parcel.
